Major Nicolas Gérôme is a telecom engineer from the Royal Military Academy in Brussels. He started his career for the Belgian Air Force in CRC Glons and moved afterwards to the Joint Staff where he managed various projects in C4ISR domain and space remote sensing for the Directorate General Material Resources. He has more than 15 years of experience in Joint and multinational Project & Program Management for Belgian Defence and within private sector (Luciad NV). After his senior staff officer course, he now works at the Strategy Department an leads the development of military Space-based capabilities including space-based intelligence, surveillance & reconnaissance.
