Heein Yang is a leading engineer with both expertise and practical in the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system design and remote sensing application fields. Throughout his career over than 10 years, he has made significant contributions to the development of SAR system for both satellite and aircraft and application services.
Heein completed his Ph. D in remote sensing from Chiba University, Japan. Then he moved to Korea to continue his industrial contributions. Currently he is working at CONTEC Inc. which is global leader in space down-stream field. In CONTEC, he works as manager of Team Space Studio and aims to deliver various satellite image application services. Also, he is National Point of Contact (NPoC) of Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). Since he leads space sector’s students at Ajou University, Korea as adjunct professor, he is aiming to make space available for everyone.
